General:
This ultrasonic cleaning system is designed as a precision ultrasonic cleaning system and provides a five stage cleaning process. The system utilizes ultrasonic wash and rinse followed by a second wash and rinse with ultrasonic power in stages one, three and four (WRWRD). Cleaning detergent is in tanks one and three. The fifth stage is a separate hot air dryer console. Parts are manually transported through the wash, rinse and dry process. System can be configured with stages as WWRRD as well.

System Layout:
The equipment is stainless steel exterior frame with all stainless steel tanks and a stainless steel countertop. The ultrasonic generators are located within the frame. All the controls are located so they can be accessed from the front of the console.

N/A Ultrasonic:
The ultrasonic power on this console is supplied by three (3) 500 watt, 40 kHz ultrasonic sweep generators. The total ultrasonic power is rated at 500 watts average output and 1000 watts peak power per tank. Each ultrasonic tank is equipped with six (6) "Vibra-bar®" transducers (12 piezoelectric elements) permanently attached to the underside of the radiating surface. This system provides "Simultaneous Multi-Frequency™" ultrasonics to insure reliable and uniform ultrasonic power throughout the bath.

Operational Controls:
The ultrasonic generator on/off switches and digital timers are located on the control panel. Power intensity control and sweep control are located on the front panel of each generator. Heater on/off switches with pilot light are on the control panel. The digital control thermostats are located on the control panel.

Services Required:
Electrical service: Each console has a single point electrical connection, 240 vac 1 phase
Fill and rinse water: Tap water or de-ionized water. Separate drains for the ultrasonic wash tank and the rinse tanks are provided.

Instruction Manual:
The equipment is furnished with an operator's manual containing a description of the ultrasonic generator and the transducers, general care, safety precautions and a list and description of the operation system controls and indicators along with an electric schematic.

Test:
The machine is given a full operational test prior to shipping. If the customer wants to witness this test he must advise Ultrasonic Power Corporation in writing of any specific criteria he will want to test in addition to the normal operational test. This notification of witnessing of the test must accompany the purchase order.

Guarantee:
The equipment is warranted in accordance with the standard Ultrasonic Power Corporation warranty certificate.
