General:
This ultrasonic cleaning system is designed as a precision ultrasonic cleaning system. The system provides for a two stage cleaning process. The system utilizes water and detergent in the ultrasonic cleaning tank. The rinse station is immersion rinse tank. Parts are manually transported through the wash, rinse process.

System Layout:
The wash/rinse console has a 304 stainless steel exterior frame and countertop with 316L stainless steel tanks. The ultrasonic generator is located within the frame of the wash console. The controls are designed so that they can be accessed from the front of the console. Access to the console interior is via sliding high-density polypropylene plastic sliding panels. The drain valves are located behind panels.
Optional drip pans are located on the right and left side of console.

Dimensions:
The wash / rinse console is all stainless with overall dimensions of approx. 41" (L to R), 23" (F to B), and 39" High.

Equipped as follows:
Stage 1
- Ultrasonic Cleaning Tank
  • Internal dimensions 11"W x 14"L x 11"D with a capacity of 6 gallons

N/A Ultrasonic:
The ultrasonic power on this console is supplied by a 500 watt, 40 kHz ultrasonic sweep generator. Patented constant power circuit design monitors power output continuously adjusting input power for controlled consistency (US patent number 5,895,997). The total ultrasonic power is rated at 500 watts average output and 1,000 watts peak power. The ultrasonic tank is equipped with six (6) "Vibra-bar®" transducers (12 piezoelectric elements) permanently bonded to the underside of the radiating surface. This system provides "Simultaneous Multi-Frequency"" ultrasonics to insure reliable and uniform ultrasonic power throughout the bath. Also includes sweep circuitry that sweeps from 38 kHz to 42 kHz (adjustable from a 300 Hz to 1000 Hz rate). The ultrasonic generator includes an RFI (radio frequency interference filter) that exceed the United States FCC (Federal Communications Commission) regulations.

Plumbing:
The console will be plumbed for single point connection for the drain. The connection will be located on the lower right side of the console. The drain valves will be accessible from the front of the console behind the sliding polypropylene access doors.

Operational Controls:
The NEMA 4x control box is on the right side of the console. The ultrasonic generator on/off switch is located on the control box. The power intensity control and sweep control are located on the front panel of the generator. Heater on/off switch with pilot light are on the control box. Adjustable heater control thermostats are located within the console behind the panel.

Services Required:
Electrical service: The console has a single point electrical connection, 240 VAC, 1 phase, 15A.
Fill and rinse water: Tap water (hot "soft" tap water will maximize the effectiveness of the cleaning chemical). Separate drains valves for the ultrasonic wash tank and the rinse tank is provided.

Instruction Manual:
The equipment is furnished with an operator's manual containing a description of the ultrasonic generator and the transducers, general care, safety precautions and a list and description of the operation system controls and indicators along with an electrical schematic.

Test:
The machine is given a full operational test prior to shipping. If the customer wants to witness this test he must advise Ultrasonic Power Corporation in writing of any specific criteria he will want to test in addition to the normal operational test. This notification of witnessing of the test must accompany the purchase order.

Guanrantee:
The equipment is warranted in accordance with the standard Ultrasonic Power Corporation warranty certificate.
